What is the process for starting a term of office?

  1. Enter resident information into our platform.
  2. Send the starter kit to co-owners and residents.
  3. Initial meeting with your manager to determine your priorities and urgent needs.
  4. Site visit and installation of our signs

What is the minimum order quantity?

3 units; the price is based on a 14-unit package, so the minimum is $350/month.

How long is the management contract?

The minimum term is one year. You can also choose a 2- or 3-year contract to lock in the price of services in the event of a rate increase.

What are the rates for special projects and insurance claims?

All special projects, such as improvements or major construction work, are billed at a rate of 10% for planning, and 15% when we provide on-site coordination.

Is it necessary to hold a vote at a meeting to hire a management firm?

No, hiring a management firm is the same as hiring any other vendor, so only the Board of Directors can make that decision.

What is the unit price for our services?

A minimum of $25 per month, but the final cost for the co-owner’s unit is determined by their share of the common expenses.

What does a vertical union mean?

A vertical homeowners’ association covers a single building. It is therefore responsible for managing the individual units and common areas of that single building.

What does a horizontal syndicate mean?

A horizontal co-ownership refers to a group of multiple buildings that are part of the same real estate development and share common areas, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and parking spaces.
